Cancellation policy

The Unlimited Virtual Festival Pass is not refundable except for the following reason:

You can find no times you are available when the sessions are released

 but prior to disclosure of the instructor and material

Under no circumstances are refunds issued once the scheduled sessions are revealed.

If prior to the reveal of schedules there are are fewer than 6 hours of sessions that fit your schedule, we will prorate the reimbursement using hours scheduled at $25/ hour, plus $50 for the VIF memberships and subtract that total from $400.

Reimbursement will occur after October 19. You may also elect to make the rest as a donation to our charitable organization and we will send you a letter so stating. 

The reason reimbursement may lag is due to ongoing live festival but also that additional courses may be offered after September 9 and Pass holders will be notified  and given the pig i a poke option prior to offering for general sales-so something may come up that works for you after September 9.

Buyers remorse within 48 hours of purchase , contact us at vintageboard@vintageimprov.org and we will refund everything but the VIF 2 year membership and any charges VIF is assessed for selling you the ticket (up to 5%)
